Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Call Globally services provided by Eper Apps Ltd ("we", "us", "our", or "Company"), a company registered in Saskatchewan, Canada. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Definitions
"Service" refers to our voice calling platform. "Credits" are the units used to pay for calls. "Subscription Period" refers to your billing cycle. "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual or entity using our Service.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
3. Service Description
We provide browser-based voice calling services. The Service requires a compatible web browser and internet connection. Service quality may vary based on your internet connection and other technical factors beyond our control.
4. User Accounts
You must maintain accurate account information. You are responsible for all activities under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Payments and Credits
Credits are non-transferable and expire at the end of each Subscription Period. Unused credits are not refundable except where required by law. Prices may change with notice. All payments are processed through Stripe and are subject to their terms of service.
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not: (a) Use automated dialers or systems; (b) Make spam calls or engage in harassment; (c) Impersonate others; (d) Use the Service for emergency calls; (e) Attempt to circumvent any Service limitations; (f) Reverse engineer the Service; (g) Use the Service for any illegal activities.
7. Call Information and Privacy
We do not record calls. We collect and store call metadata (duration, numbers called, timestamps) for billing and service improvement. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
8. Emergency Services
THE SERVICE IS NOT A REPLACEMENT FOR TRADITIONAL TELEPHONE SERVICE. DO NOT USE THE SERVICE FOR EMERGENCY CALLS (e.g., 911). We are not liable for any damages resulting from emergency service failures.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST THREE MONTHS.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, any unused credits are forfeited.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Saskatchewan, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Saskatchewan.
14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
